How it works
There is no import step and no project set-up, because the structure you already use is the structure it reads.
Select the folder that already contains your year folders. Nothing is imported, copied or moved.
Per word, per 100, per 1,000, per page, fixed fee or hourly. A default, per-client overrides, or a rate file beside a job.
It walks the tree, finds every job, and opens each finished translation to count its words.
Pick a day, a client or a range. Review the draft, save the PDF, track what has been paid.

What you get
Opens your finished DOCX, PDF, XLSX and PPTX files and counts what is really in them. Source files and reference folders are recorded but never billed.
Rates, pricing plans, tiers and quotas per client — with a history, so old work keeps the price it was agreed at.
Every folder inside a day is a job. Statuses, deadlines, notes, tags and saved filters, with a calendar view of the work behind the numbers.
Drafts you review before anything is sent, configurable layouts and templates, partial payments, and import of the invoices you already had.
Revenue and volume over time, by client, language pair and document kind. Exports to Excel when someone needs the workings.
Drop a finished translation into a job folder and the totals change. No re-import, no refresh, no second copy of your work.
Local-first, and provably so
You hold contracts, medical records and legal filings that belong to other people. Software that quietly uploads them to “sync” is software that has made your confidentiality obligation into its own liability — and yours.
Transsist runs against your disk and keeps what it learns in a database on your machine. There is no cloud sync of your work, no document upload, and no hidden copy. The application does talk to us — for your account, your licence and updates — and that traffic carries none of your work.
This is not a promise we are asking you to take on trust. Our database has no field that could hold a document, a path or a client name. There is nowhere for it to go.
